The FM Olympics - organised by one of the Polish radio stations, the event includes sports contests for children and adults. The “Olympics” is held during the winter break.

The Ski Jump World Cup - each January, a ski jump contest included in the World Cup is organised in the town, which for a few years now has attracted thousands of fans from all over Europe. A wonderful sports event.

The United Europe Jazz Festival - also known as the Zakopane Jazz Spring, it was first organised to celebrate Poland's accession to the European Union. Various kinds of jazz are presented during the event, both traditional and modern. The concerts are held in Równia Krupowa, as well as in many cafes and pubs. The event is coupled with the Rally of Old Cars.

The May Picnic - organised on the long May weekend, the event includes concerts of regional bands, as well as artists related to folk and mountain song. You may take part in the metal craftwork fair and take part in the great barbecue, as well as in numerous contests and plays related to highlander culture.

The International Organ Festival - the first concert starts on the first Saturday of the summer holidays in the Holiest Family Church in Krupówki. Polish and foreign artists perform on weekend evenings until August.

The International Festival of Highland Folklore - highlanders from Europe and the most exotic corners of the world like Peru, Tibet, or Southern Pacific islands gather in the capital of the Polish Tatras to present their folklore and take part in folk band contests and a colourful parade along the streets of Zakopane.

The Summer Grand Prix in Ski Jump - at the end of August, the summer version of the winter event is held at the Wielka Krokiew ski jump. The summer version also gathers crowds of faithful fans who may admire top competitors from all over the world.

The Autumn Music Gatherings - see numerous concerts of jazz bands in Zakopane clubs all through October and November.
