The airport tourist information desk is located in the arrivals lounge and is open seven days a week from 8:00. to 20:00. The flight information desk is situated in the central part of the departures lounge.

From Warsaw – Okęcie Airport to Mikołajki:

By bus:
From the airport you should go to the Western Warsaw bus station. Several buses a day run from Warsaw to Mikołajki. The journey lasts about 4.5 hours.

By train:
To get from the airport to the railway station Central Warsaw, you can take bus line No 175 or night bus line No 611. From the Central Warsaw railway station, take the train to Olsztyn. Next change to a train running to Ełk. The whole journey lasts about 6 hours. Connections are operated by PKP.
