Buses - city bus transport is served by MPK Company and several private transport operators, among others, DLA Company and POLBUS-PKS Company. There are several categories of day buses: ordinary, express, peak-hours, fast, and commuter. Trams - city tram transport is managed by MPK Company. The network of connections consists of a several dozen lines. |
TICKETS: A one-time ticket for means of city transport for ordinary lines within the city costs 2.00 PLN, for commuters – 2.60 PLN, for express or nightlines – 2.80 PLN. A day ticket for all lines within the city costs 9.00 PLN. |
| Domestic transport: |
Trains - national railway transport is served by PKP Company. The biggest railway station is Wrocław Główny located at Piłsudskiego Street. It is a venue of departures of trains to cities and bigger towns in Poland. Buses - the main bus station in Wrocław is Dworzec Centralny PKS (Central PKS Station) at Sucha Street 1/11. Buses to cities and towns all over Poland depart from there. Many transport operators serve also international connections from there. A smaller bus station, from which mainly commuter and regional buses depart, is Dworzec Nadodrze PKS (Nadodrze PKS Bus Station). |
